Who is responsible for your data

Workshopola is operated by Kennedy's B.V., Herengracht 564, 1017 CH Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Kennedy's B.V. is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect

We collect the information you give us — such as your name, email and phone number when you request a booking, buy a gift card, send a team-building enquiry, contact us or create an account — and basic usage data that helps us improve the site, like which classes and workshops are popular.

How we use it

We use your information to operate the marketplace, respond to your messages and enquiries, pass booking requests to the host running the class, process bookings and gift cards, and send service-related updates. We do not sell your personal data.

When you request a booking, we share the details needed to run the session (such as your name, contact details, group size, preferred date and any notes you add) with the host of that class.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep the site working and optional analytics to understand how it's used. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

Your wishlist

Saved classes are stored locally in your browser, not on our servers, unless you create an account. Clearing your browser storage removes them.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and object to its use or opt out of marketing at any time. Email privacy@workshopola.com and we'll respond within the time the law allows.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Dutch data-protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or to the authority where you live.
